Systems Modelling for Industrial Decarbonisation

This PhD within the broad discipline area of Chemical Engineering, will investigate options for industrial production processes that would no longer be workable with net zero ambitions and which decarbonisation options are likely to be feasible within the scenery of Industrial Parks. It will seek to generate a methodological framework that can be utilised to analyse Industrial Symbiosis and low carbon technology solutions within industry. The research will employ systems modelling, allied techniques and alternative engineering and analytical approaches to achieve the research goals.
