The project will involve the develop and comparison of informatics, machine learning and simulation-based chemical modelling approaches to the prediction and understanding of peptide structure, dynamics and interactions with potential biological targets in order to assess possible antimicrobial and toxin/anti-toxin potential and understand what feature of the peptide structure are responsible for the activity.
