In this project, we look at the dynamical properties of inverse limits, with a view to identifying structural characterizations and the preservation of dynamical properties. The work builds on the characterization of zero-dimensional systems with shadowing, which turns out to be inverse limits of shifts of finite type, which are systems that turn up in a number of different theoretical and very applied contexts.
