项目摘要
This work will examine the factors that affect the use of mobile information systems for information management and communication within police forces in the U.K. In particular, the key research question will be, How does the introduction of mobile data systems affect the ability to access Force and national information resources and what is the impact upon individual information behaviour?Police Forces have recently experienced acute problems in information management and are simultaneously investing heavily in the use of mobile wireless information systems.
