COMBINATION ANTRIRETROVIRAL REGIMENS AND TREATMENT-SWITCHING STRATEGIES IN CHILD

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate two different treatment combinations of anti-HIV drugs, and to determine which of two plans for switching from one to the other treatment combination is better. The study will evaluate if there is a difference in benefit for either of the two switching plans in a four-year treatment.
