The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Information Services and Computer Systems (ISCS) is seeking expert information resource management support services. These services will supplement and aid our mission efforts in the achievement of its programs. The NCI has a requirement for a managed computer support solution including infrastructure, network management, desktop computer support and helpdesk support, The overall purpose is to obtain a single contractor for a managed support solution. This will require an understanding of the National Cancer Institute's mission and organization as well as knowledge of security practices and all applicable IRM and security standards and guidelines. Tasks to be performed are varied.
