This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. LymphoStat-B is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody to BLyS. The study, a phase II multi-center, double-blind, placebo-controlled dose-ranging study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of LymphoStat-B antibody (monoclonal anti-BLyS antibody) in subjects with systemic lupus erythematosus, is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability and efficacy of LymphoStat-B.
