英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. We will investigate the dynamics of BODIPY TMR labelled PIP2 in Giant Unilamellar vesicles (GUV) made of POPC with various proportion of PIP2 (1%-16%) using scanning FCS and Number and Brightness analysis. We will also study the lateral organisation of the PIP2 by measuring the GP of LAURDAN following 2 photon excitation in the GUV in presence and absence of Human profilin for various PIP2 concentrations.
