英文摘要
In this application we propose studies to assess how fentanyl complicates treatment of opioid overdose. In addition, our proposed studies might establish the mechanisms underlying fentanyl-induced respiratory depression. Overall, findings generated in this proposal will eventually lead to develop new therapeutic interventions to prevent and rescue fentanyl-induced fatal overdoses.
