The objective of this requirement is to provide expertise to the NHLBI in the development of written and graphical content on a range of heart, lung, blood, blood vessel, and sleep-related topics, including, but not limited to: health disparities, cardiovascular disease, heart attack, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, obesity, physical activity, sleep and sleep disorders, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and sickle cell disease. Efforts will support the dissemination of the current evidence base, research efforts and findings, as well as new products for the public, patients, and health professionals.
