The specific aim of this study is to determine the prevalence and incidence of increased oxidant stress as measured by plasma F2-isoprostane levels in HIV- infected persons receiving NRTI therapy, and to determine if oxidant stress is associated with changes in lipatrophy and peripheral neuropathy.
