VACCINATION WITH HER-2/NEU AND CEA PEPTIDES IN COLORECTAL CANCER PATIENTS

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. This protocol is designed to assess the immunogenicity of a vaccine comprised of four colon cancer peptides plus GM-CSF in adjuvant in patients with Stage II, III, or IV colorectal cancer. The objectives of this study are to determine if the vaccine is:(a) safe, (b) immunogenic, and (c) induces cytotoxic T-cell responses against autologous and/or MHC-matched tumor cells.
