英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The purpose of this 2-year study is to find out whether Aricept may delay the onset of further age related memory loss. Aricept has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of probable Alzheimer's disease. We are studying individuals with age related memory impairment. Half of the subjects will receive Aricept and half will receive a placebo.
