This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. This will be a dose escalation study designed to determine the safety of serial intradermal vaccinations of a DNA-based vaccine and to determine if PAP-specific T cells can be generated in patients with stage D0 prostate cancer by means of immunization with a plasmid DNA vaccine encoding PAP. This will be a dose escalation study and dose levels will be designed by plasmid DNA vaccine dose.
