This is a multi-center, international Phase I-II, open-label, non-randomized, dose finding study of SB-743921 in adult patients with Hodgkin¿s or Non-Hodgkin¿s lymphoma who have progressed on standard therapy or who have relapsed. The Phase I portion of the study will include patients with either Hodgkin¿s Disease or NHL who have progressed on standard therapy or relapsed, while the Phase II study will be limited to NHL patients with measurable disease who have progressed on standard therapy or relapsed. SB-743921 will be administered as a single intravenous infusion on Days 1 and day 15 of a 28-day cycle. Both Phases 1 and 2 of the study will consist of a screening period, treatment period, and a post-treatment period.
