Identify the prevalence of urinary and anal incontinence, sexual dysfunction, anatomical changes and perineal pain pre and postpatum, in healthy childbearing women without genital tract trauma at birth. 2. Compare these pelvic floor changes in women with and without genital tract trauma. 3. Evaluate the effect of these pelvic floor changes on maternal quality of life.
