This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the combination of DFMO 500mg plus Suldinac 150mg/day taken by mouth every day, will decrease the development of colon polyps. The combination of drugs will be given over 36 months to half of the subjects participating in this study, and will be compared to placebo. Also, this study will determine the safety of these drugs when taken at theses doses.
