This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. This is a Phase I trial evaluating the addition of radioimmunotherapy deliverd as a single cycle of Yttrium-90 chimeric T84.66 anti CEA antibody in combination with standard external beam radiation therapy and Carboplatin and Paclitaxel chemotherapy for patients with unresectable locally advanced non-small cell CEA-positive lung cancer. The objective of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of RIT that can be combined with the standard chemoradiotherapy regimen.
