This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. This is a Phase I trial evaluating the addition of radioimmunotherapy deliverd as a single cycle of Yttrium-90 chimeric T84.66 anti CEA antibody in combination with standard external beam radiation therapy and Carboplatin and Paclitaxel chemotherapy for patients with unresectable locally advanced non-small cell CEA-positive lung cancer. The objective of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of RIT that can be combined with the standard chemoradiotherapy regimen.
