This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. This is a multi-center, open-label, continuation trial of LymphoStat-B in SLE subjects who achieved a satisfactory response in the Phase 2 study of LBSL02. Subjects will receive 10 mg/kg of LymphStat-B every 28 days intravenously over a period of 1 to 2 hours. The first infusion will be given over 2 hours. If no infusion reactions occur, then the 2nd dose will be infused over 1.5 hours. If no infusion reactions occur, then the 3rd and subsequent doses will be infused over 1 hour.
