CONTINUATION TRIAL OF LYMPHOSTAT-B ANTIBODY

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. This is a multi-center, open-label, continuation trial of LymphoStat-B in SLE subjects who achieved a satisfactory response in the Phase 2 study of LBSL02. Subjects will receive 10 mg/kg of LymphStat-B every 28 days intravenously over a period of 1 to 2 hours. The first infusion will be given over 2 hours. If no infusion reactions occur, then the 2nd dose will be infused over 1.5 hours. If no infusion reactions occur, then the 3rd and subsequent doses will be infused over 1 hour.
