We will transform our patented novel low-cost high-performance photovoltaic technology from one that, today, is a research-laboratory procedure, into one that is ready for technology transfer to a Canada-based spin-out company. Specifically, we will (1) Systematize and document the best process such that it can be implemented based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) carried out by skilled materials processing technician; (2) Scale up the best process to produce devices having 3 cm2 areas; (3) Achieve > 80% device yield.
