The research proposed here is to develop the theory of inference to various settings by investigating statistical methods in detail, both mathematically and in application. The mathematical analysis provides insight into the process of inference, suggesting what information is required, why the information is important, and how it can be extracted. Theoretically, the proposed methodologies improved the accuracy of the exists methods, and, hence, better decisions can be made. The statistical interpretation of the mathematics can give new ways for scientists to analyse their data. This research program emphasizes the development and dissemination of new theories, new statistical methods, and the practical applications of the methods.
