Recent measurements have accelerated the time scale for 21cm cosmology. My group is at the front of the international effort to map the universe using the hydrogen 21cm line, which has the potential for vast improvements in survey speed and volume. In 2010 we published the first statistical detection of distant cosmological 21cm structure. This year, we have made the first direct cosmological redshift surveys up to z=1, demonstrating the path for efficient cosmological surveying. This proposal will build on these recent successes, and push the leading edge and leapfrog to become the largest cosmological redshift survey. This allows the most precise measurement of the dynamics of dark energy, probes of dark matter and neutrinos.
