Tangible Interaction creates interactive installations and systems where the participation of people is key. Thework of the company typically taps into the natural ways of how humans play and interact with theirsurroundings. The company concentrates on generating unique experiences through non-linear media in whichthe potential of generative systems is still underexploited.Through this collaboration between the Metacreation Lab and the industry partner Tangible Interaction, theproject aims to improve the interactive systems of Tangible Interaction by incorporating novel interactivemusic systems. Currently, the company lacks the expertise on interactive music systems and generative music.By using the state of the art machine learning technologies researched and developed at the Metacreation Lab,we believe that we can improve both the system design workflow of the company as well as the sharedexperiences generated by the systems of Tangible Interaction.
