The prevalence of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), both ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD) continues to increase with 1 in 150 Canadians being affected. Fibrostenotic disease (FSD) or scarring of the bowel results from abnormal recovery fro
