英文摘要
The rich dinosaur sites in Alberta include everything from eggs with embryos to mass death assemblages, and provide many alternative ways to approach complex research problems about dinosaurian biology. My work focuses on aspects of dinosaur anatomy, growth rates, variation, longevity and behaviour through rigorous field studies, innovative laboratory analysis, publication of research results in peer-reviewed journals, and training students. This includes the description of new types of dinosaurs, and analysis of growth and variation in herds of dinosaurs whose remains have been preserved in mass death sites (bonebeds).
