Local Computing Infrastructure for Large Scale Genomic Analysis

We are in need of more computing resources to meet the increasing computational demands of our research. The resources required are: (1) computer nodes featuring modern graphical processing units (GPUs), (2) a large memory (RAM) server, (3) additional CPU power, and (4) a directly connected high-capacity storage system. This infrastructure is critical for us to stay competitive in developing innovative algorithms for analyzing large-scale biological data. Also, this infrastructure will create an environment for our highly qualified personnel (HQP) to get exposed to larger scale high performance computing, which is crucial for their career development.
