Aiming at the basic scientific problems of multi physical field coupling, such as the mechanical and electrical response of piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) used in missile borne fuze after fracture under high overload and the abnormal discharge behavior of PZT induced by temperature load. In this project, the typical "soft" piezoelectric ceramics (PZT-5H) are taken as the research object, and the methods of experimental research, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to systematically study the nonlinear discharge characteristics and fracture discharge behavior of PZT under impact, the influence of temperature on the basic physical performance parameters of PZT, and the influence of temperature and impact on the electromechanical response of PZT under the synergistic interaction. The influence of the crack generation, propagation process and load (resistance, capacitance and inductance) on the discharge performance of PZT, and the influence rules of temperature environment and temperature stimulation on the performance parameters and fracture strength of PZT will be clarified; the relationship between the fracture process and discharge behavior of PZT will also be clarified by combining the formation process with micro analysis of cracks, and the mechanical electrical coupling model of the discharge of PZT induced by shock after fracture, and the correlated models among the temperature environment (or temperature stimulation, stress pulse and electrical boundary conditions (open-circuit and short-circuit) with piezoelectric coefficient and discharge voltage will be established, respectively. Finally, the influence mechanism of temperature and shock synergism on the electro-mechanical response of PZT will be revealed, which will lay a solid foundation for the reliable application of PZT in missile borne fuze.
