20世纪中国管理科学重要人物事件采访及档案文献研究

在已对近现代中国管理科学化的源流和发展情况作过较全面探索的基础上，进一步集中到二十世纪管理科学重要人物和事件方面，通过口头采访和查阅档案文献，深入发掘和抢救濒于湮没的珍贵史料，并收集整理出近百年管理科学论文著译目录，以及将代表性文献和档案原件复制刻录成光盘，方便后继者检索阅读利用，提供构建中国式管理科学的一块基石。

Based upon the general exploration in the previous scientific research project sponsored by the Natural Science Foundation of China (“A Research on the Origin and Development of Management Scientification in China”), this research project focuses on the important figures and events in management science in China and makes a historical review and analysis of the important figures and events.from the perspectives of “academia, business and government”, namely the.corresponding theories of management science and engineering, practice of business administration and macro-management and policies. This research project expounds the general thread of how various innovations in management science in the world.were consecutively introduced into China, what effects they had on Chinese social development in different periods, how Chinese management scientists and management experts digested, absorbed, recommended management innovations, and.how management science and practice with Chinese characteristics gradually came into being. Based on the first-hand historical materials found and the study of typical cases, twenty-one academic papers were written and published regarding the earliest.MBA students in China, industrial psychologist, the discipline of systems engineering and industrial engineering, administrative efficiency movement, course design of public administration, project management of recent years, technological innovation,design management, financial engineering, e-commerce and e-government, published.one monograph and one casebook, filling several domestic gaps. The textual research of historical facts and the exploration of the stages and tendency of development also offers basis for further research in the future
