城市群创新发展是知识经济时代赋予城市群研究的新命题，是国家创新战略实施过程中的新课题。在知识流动空间和创新地方空间的理论基础之上，结合城市网络和创新网络的相关研究，把握城市群概念内涵和尺度特征，综合运用创新网络模拟、空间交互模型和质性研究等方法，对中国城市群创新网络的成长过程和机制开展研究。项目重点解决城市群创新网络的关系转换、创新网络的城市群尺度特征和不同创新行动主体的动力机制等关键科学问题，阐明中国城市群创新网络的空间格局与发展态势，揭示典型城市群创新网络的影响因素与成长机制，并为中国城市群的协同创新发展提供科学路径与政策建议。本项目对推动城市群创新空间组织理论进展、提炼中国城市群创新网络特性和支撑城市群协同创新发展具有重要理论和实践意义。

The innovation and development of urban agglomeration is a new topic in the study of urban agglomeration in the era of knowledge economy. On the theoretical basis of knowledge flow space and innovation local space, combined with the related researches of urban network and innovation network, this project grasps the concept and scale characteristics of urban agglomeration, uses the methods of innovation network simulation, spatial interaction model and qualitative research comprehensively to study the growth process and mechanism of China's urban agglomeration innovation network. The project focuses on solving the key scientific problems such as the relationship transformation of the innovation network of urban agglomerations, the characteristics of the innovation network at urban agglomeration scale and the dynamic mechanisms of different innovation subjects, clarifying the spatial pattern and development trend of the innovation network of urban agglomerations in China, revealing the influencing factors and growth mechanism of the innovation network of typical urban agglomerations, and providing some scientific paths and policy suggestions for the collaborative innovation development of urban agglomerations in China. This project has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the theoretical progress of urban agglomeration innovation spatial organization, refining the characteristics of China's urban agglomeration innovation network and supporting the collaborative innovation development of urban agglomerations.
