网络出版的影响及我国大学出版社转型发展策略研究

The amazing development speed of network publishing puts forward a series of challenges to the traditional publishing.And it has a huge impact on the traditional publishing industry as well as the social economy, culture and politics. Exploring the law of network publishing to the society of positive effect and negative effect is the first part of this thesis. Different from foreign countries,univesity presses in China not only serve the teaching and scientific research,inheriting civilization and take sicial responsibility,bot also are ideological propaganda tools and profit-seekingenterprises, with distinct Cinese characteristics. Facing the revolutionary network publishing,they should consider both market factors and policy factors when making the transformation and development strategies. Exploring the transformation and developmeng strategy of Chinese university press from both the macro and micro levels and building their own development model are the second research contents of this subject. We hope that this research can help the Chinese university presses to realize the transition in the network conditions, and provide the theory evidence for their future development. This issue will theoretically expand the research ideas, models and methods of network pubulishingrules anddecisions. And it can be directly applied to the practice of the university presses as representative and it has great application value.

网络出版惊人的发展速度，对传统出版提出了一系列的挑战，对传统出版产业以及对社会经济、文化、政治产生了巨大影响。探索网络出版对社会正面影响和负面效应规律是本课题研究的第一项内容。与国外不同，我国的大学出版社除了服务于教学科研、传承文明成果、承担社会责任之外，还是意识形态的宣传工具、逐利的企业，具有明显的中国特色。面对革命性的网络出版，它们在转型发展策略上既要考虑市场因素又要顾及政策因素。从宏观和微观层面探究中国的大学出版社转型发展策略，构建自身发展道路模式是本课题研究的第二项内容。我们希望本课题的研究能帮助我国大学出版社实现在网络条件下的转型，并为其发展提供依据。 本项目将从理论上拓展网络出版规律及决策的研究思路、模型和方法，具有重要的理论价值。同时，能直接应用于以大学出版社为代表的运作时间，具有很强的应用价值。

该项目研究历时1年，研究了网络出版的影响、中国的大学出版社、我国大学出版社转型发展策略三大内容。它聚焦网络出版对传统出版产业，以及对社会经济、文化、政治影响上，但并不是泛泛的理论研究，而是以典型案例为对象，使整个研究方案言之有物。同时还特别重视“由点及面”的升华，将从特例研究中挖掘出普遍适用的一些规律。另外，本课题选择的大学出版社有着鲜明的中国特色。中国的大学出版社是一个集“出版产业与出版事业、开放市场与行政垄断、经济组织与意识形态”为一体的企业，一些国外文献中的理论、模型并不适合我国国情。本项目尝试建立能指导我国大学出版社运作实践的理论体系。课题的研究成果主要有两种形式：一是公开出版物，包括著作《网络出版的影响及我国大学出版社转型发展策略研究》（中国税务出版社）；论文“坚守与困境——从美国大学出版社看学术出版”（中央财经大学学报2014年增刊），论文“大学出版社微信公众账号运营现状调查与评析”（出版科学2015年1期），论文“国际经济学期刊发展特点探究”（中国编辑2015年2期），论文“商业性与学术性有机结合的典范——剑桥大学出版社与牛津大学出版的历史和现状探寻”（编辑之友2015年4期）。二是将理论研究成果直接应用到实际工作之中。2014年12月，课题组召开了业内专家评审会，专家对本课题给予较好的评价，认为：互联网对各行各业，包括出版行业的影响是全方位的，如何应对，把握未来？该课题的研究成果给我们提供了参考。中国人民大学出版社副社长刘志说：“该课题深入研究了网络出版的影响，以及网络环境下大学出版社的发展路径，它具有一定的理论价值和实践指导意义。”中国传媒大学出版社副总编司马兰说：“专门针对大学出版社网络出版方面的系统研究还没有，该课题的研究成果很实在、很实用，对我们大学出版社今后的发展提供了定位和思路。”北京师范大学出版集团副总编李艳辉说：“看到这份研究报告，思路更加开阔，目标也更加明确。报告中的很多内容都有借鉴价值，很多方法都有学习意义。”
