公司创业决策逻辑动态演化机制及有效性研究

有效的创业决策逻辑（效果逻辑和因果逻辑）是指引在位企业通过公司创业获得持续发展的关键。在公司创业不同阶段，企业如何选择创业决策逻辑？创业决策逻辑如何动态演化？又如何影响创业绩效？针对上述问题，本项目聚焦公司创业动态过程中的决策逻辑选择，系统挖掘创业决策逻辑的动态演化机制及其有效性。本课题主要研究内容包括：（1）通过多案例纵向研究，识别公司创业不同阶段的创业决策逻辑演化机制；（2）识别创业决策逻辑演化的驱动因素和作用机制；（3）利用定性对比分析方法，分析效果逻辑、因果逻辑与情境因素对创业绩效的组合效应，并识别“好”绩效和“差”绩效的前因组合。本课题将有助于发展和完善效果逻辑和因果逻辑在公司创业情境下的动态演化研究，丰富创业决策逻辑理论，并为在位企业创业决策逻辑的应用提供借鉴。

Effective entrepreneurial decision-making logic (effectuation and causation) is one of the most critical issues for incumbent firms’ sustainable development through corporate entrepreneurship. How to choose entrepreneurial decision-making logic under different development stages of corporate entrepreneurship? How does the entrepreneurial decision logic evolve dynamically? How does the decision making logic influence entrepreneurial performance? Based on the above questions, this research reinterprets the entrepreneurial decision making logic in the dynamic process of corporate entrepreneurship. The contents of this research proposal include three sections. First, through multi-case longitudinal study, this proposal attempts to explore the evolution modes of entrepreneurial decision making logic in corporate entrepreneurial process. Second, this proposal identifes the driving forces of the dynamic evolution of decision making logics, and examines the influencing mechanism. Third, applying qualitative comparative analysis, this proposal investigates the combining effect of effectuation, causation, and contingent factors, and explores the combinative solutions for both high performance and the absence of high performance. Based on the above studies, this research project will develop and improve the understanding of the decision-making logics under dynamic corporate entrepreneurship. It will also enrich the decision-making logic literature and provide decision-making supports for incumbent firms.
