海外华人华侨网络对中国企业对外投资的影响机制研究：以东南亚为例

随着我国“走出去”战略的实施和“一带一路”倡议的提出，中国在全球化经济中逐渐成为国际投资的主要力量之一。作为曾经积极促进外商对华直接投资的海外华人华侨网络，是否在中国对外直接投资过程中再次发挥积极的作用，是当前经济地理领域尚未充分研究的课题。本研究采用“研究假设—数理模型验证—案例实证研究—理论提升”的探究方式，以中国企业投资东南亚为例，探讨海外华人华侨网络对中国企业对外投资的影响机制。研究内容包括：①提出海外华人华侨网络对中国企业对外投资影响机制的研究假设和问题；②刻画海外华人华侨网络和中国企业在东南亚的特征和变化过程；③分析海外华人华侨对中国企业投资东南亚区位选择的影响；④分析海外华人华侨网络在中国企业投资东南亚过程中的角色和作用机制；⑤总结海外华人华侨网络对中国企业对外投资影响机制和提出政策建议。

Abstract：With the implementation of China's "Going Out" strategy and the "Belt and Road" Initiative, China has gradually become one of the major forces of international investment in the globalizing economy. Although previous studies show that Overseas Chinese networks have actively promoted foreign direct investment into China, whether it has once again played an active role during the outward FDI process has not yet been fully explored in the current economic geography field. In this study, with regard to insufficient research on traditional foreign direct investment theory, we follow the research steps by "research hypothesis - mathematical model verification - case empirical research - theoretical refinement and correction". We will take the Chinese enterprises investment in Southeast Asia as an example to explore the impact mechanism of Overseas Chinese network on Chinese enterprises foreign investment. The research contents include that: (1) Constructing analytical framework and research hypothesis of the impact mechanism of Overseas Chinese network on Chinese enterprises foreign investment based on the theory of Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) and Global Production Network(GPN); (2) Using the methods of statistical data and historical documents analysis to describe the characteristic of Overseas Chinese network and the pattern of Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia; (3) Using the mathematical regression model to analyze the impact of Overseas Chinese on the spatial location choice of Chinese enterprises foreign investment in Southeast Asia; (4) Based on the field investigation and interview questionnaire means to analyze the influence mechanism of Overseas Chinese network on Chinese enterprises foreign investment in the Southeast Asia; (5) Using comparative method and inductive method to put forward a new mechanism of interpersonal network in foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises.
