城际铁路地下站因选址于市域但对城市地面影响小的优势而成为铁路交通建筑的新趋势,其空间设计不仅影响着城市地下空间资源的合理开发,还关乎着旅客出行效率和出行安全。现有站点在空间设计上多参考地铁站设计方式,故存在流线多次转折和空间使用不合理等问题,而且在站点未来的使用中很可能产生多个流线“瓶颈”并引发安全事故。因此,有必要对其做系统性研究,并从理论层面上找到解决上述问题的途径。项目以城际铁路地下站为研究对象,以空间绩效分析为切入点,结合多学科分析影响车站空间绩效的因素。在案例研究中,先选出客流密度、空间关联度、设施匹配度等量化指标分析站点空间特征和当前使用状况,同时通过仿真模拟预测站点未来的使用情况,综合提炼其空间设计优化策略。项目希望通过该研究得出站内空间合理、紧凑的组织方式和各区域面积的设置标准来控制地下站的规模,提高旅客乘降效率和安全性,实现合理高效开发城市地下空间的目的。
英文摘要
The underground intercity railway station is located in the city area, but it has become a new trend of railway traffic construction due to its small impact on the urban ground. Its space design not only affects the rational development of urban underground space resources, but also relates to passenger travel efficiency and travel safety. The existing site is designed to easily copy the subway station design method, so there are many problems such as multiple turns of the streamline and space waste, and it is likely that multiple streamline “bottlenecks” will occur in the future use of the site and cause safety accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to do systematic research on it and find a way to solve the above problems from a theoretical level. The project takes the underground intercity railway station as the research object, takes the spatial.performance analysis as the entry point, combined with multidisciplinary analysis of factors affecting station space performance. In the case study, the quantitative characteristics such as passenger flow density, spatial correlation degree and facility matching degree are selected to analyze the spatial characteristics of the site and the current usage status. At the same time, the future use of the site is predicted through simulation, and the spatial design optimization strategy is comprehensively refined. Through the research, the project can obtain the reasonable and compact organization mode of the station and the setting standards of each area to control the scale of the underground.station, improve passenger efficiency and safety, and achieve the purpose of rational and efficient development of urban underground space.
