集群情境下，企业知识资产治理合法性机制与制度安排

本选题聚焦集群情境下企业知识资产治理独占性机制失效或缺位问题，运用扎根理论、大样本统计分析、社会网络分析、fsQCA等研究方法，探究并检验集群情境下，企业知识资产治理机制及其作用机理，建构起企业“从集群创新中获利”逻辑的合法性框架。研究梳理了我国制造业集群的四种典型型态，并针对不同型态集群内部微观组织的技术水平、位势特征，以及中间组织的知识资产治理实践与制度演化路径进行结构化分析，探讨集群情境、组织因素与知识资产治理的组态效应，及其对企业制度创业和创新的影响。研究预期为从创新中获利、知识资产治理等相关研究做出贡献，并为制造业集群创新环境营造、企业创新动力激发、区域创新治理体系建设提供决策依据。

Focus on the inefficiency/insufficiency of Intellectual Property Appropriability Mechanism in cluster context, this project will use the grounded theory, statistical analysis, social network analysis, fsQCA and etc., to explore the intellectual property governance mechanism and construct the legitimacy logical framework of the "Profit from Cluster Innovation" . Based on four typical patterns of industry cluster in our country sorted from this research, we will try to discusses the configuration effect of contextual characteristics, organizational factors and intellectual property governance on firm’s innovation and institutional entrepreneurship. The research will make marginal contribution to the research on “Profit from Innovation” and "Intellectual Property Governance", and put forward suggestions for the cluster innovative environment creating, enterprise innovation motivation inspiring and regional innovative governance system constructing.
