辅助生殖治疗是关系到个人幸福、家庭和谐、社会稳定的重要议题。我国辅助生殖服务存在成功率低、诊疗过程夫妻生活质量差等现状，对婚姻关系、子代发展造成诸多负面影响，服务亟待提质增能。不孕不育并非独立疾病，诊疗牵扯各类社会关系，因此从社会资本视角探讨辅助生殖服务提升具有重要意义。目前缺乏成对纳入夫妻变量，探讨社会因素影响辅助生殖服务提升的路径和机制研究。.本研究首先界定辅助生殖夫妻与治疗相关的社会资本内涵，确定核心要素和测量工具；建立调查队列，测量收集社会资本、生育生活质量、临床诊疗数据，随访妊娠结局；运用行动者-对象互依模型（Actor Partner Interdependence Model, APIM）构建社会资本影响生育生活质量、治疗结局的路径；最后在实证研究基础上开发多维度辅助生殖服务提升策略。本研究可丰富拓展辅助生殖诊疗时的评估手段和维度，为我国生殖健康政策的制定和优化提供科学依据。

Assisted reproductive technology service (ART service) is a comprehensive issue related to personal Well-Being, family harmony and social stability.There is a low treatment success rate and low quality life of infertile couples during ART service, which will make negative affect on marital quality and offspring development. ART service improvement is emergency needed. Infertility is not a independent disease which include diverse social relationships in diagnosis and treatment process. To explore ART service improvement in the perspective of social capital is of profound significance. There is a shortage of dyadic relationship research to discuss the path and mechanism how social factors influence the improvement of ART service..First, our study will define the concept and dimension of ART couples’ social capital and explore the measuring instrument; Then, we will establish our survey cohort in Anhui province to collect data of ART patients’ social capital, fertility quality of life, clinical factors, and follow up the outcomes of pregnancy. Applied with actor–partner interdependence model (APIM) to analyse the relationship between social capital, fertility quality of life and treatment outcome. At last, we will explore strategies on ART service improvement in the perspective of bio-psycho-social mechanisms. Our research achievement will not only enrich the evaluation methods and dimensions of ART diagnosis and treatment, but also provide scientific basis for ART service related policies making in China.
