极边扁咽齿鱼(Platypharodon extremus)为黄河上游特有的单型属种鱼类,是黄河上游土著鱼类优势种群,是黄河上游生态系统中的关键物种。由于环境变化及人为过度捕捞,极边扁咽齿鱼资源锐减,已被列入《中国濒危动物红皮书-鱼类》。本项目将以多年来人工驯养条件下极边扁咽齿鱼生活习性观察为基础,对人工驯养的极边扁咽齿鱼繁殖生理机制开展研究,包括:极边扁咽齿鱼性腺发育周期中性腺细胞的组织学变化特性、性腺中主要类固醇激素睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)繁殖周期变化规律、人工激素对极边扁咽齿鱼性腺发育成熟的影响等,重点突破极边扁咽齿鱼人工催产繁殖技术关键,为其人工繁育工作提供技术依据,实现极边扁咽齿鱼规模化繁育和人工放流,恢复其自然资源,为我国渔业资源修复及可持续发展提供有力的科技支撑。
英文摘要
Platypharodon extremus is the unique species fish and the aborigines fish advantage population and the key species of the ecological system in the Yellow River upper reaches. Due to the environmental change and human overfishing, the fish resources declined, have been listed in the "China red data book of endangered animals-fish". This project will be for years under artificial domestication conditions the fish life habits observation as the foundation, carry out breeding physiology study of the fish which under artificial domestication,including:the fish gonadal cells histological change characteristics in development cycle, the fish gonadal main steroid hormone testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) change characteristics in reproductive cycle, the influence of artificial hormones to the fish gonadal development and maturity. To obtain a breakthrough center on the artificial oxytocic key technology of the fish, and provide the technical basis for its artificial propagation ,to realize the fish breeding on large scale and artificial discharge, restore its natural resources, to provide a powerful technological support for our country the fishery resources repair and sustainable development.
