荧光材料是矿物资源应用的重要方向之一。针对LED应用于植物照明领域存在成本高、热稳定性差和缺少深红光波段等问题,以获得高光效、高热稳定性锰离子激活的深红色荧光材料为目标,对所得材料的光学性能和热稳定性能开展系统研究。具体包括:基于空位缺陷机制调控荧光材料发光和热稳定性能,深入考察缺陷产生的类型及作用机理;通过双格位离子与离子对取代调控基质的微观晶体结构,探明不同离子之间的协同作用模式及对基质局域结构的影响规律;发掘基质局域结构与荧光材料热稳定性的对应关系,获得具有普适性的基质局域结构-发光特性-热稳定性三者之间的关联作用模型;筛选荧光材料封装成器件,系统考察生菜在生长的不同时期对于光、温、水、气、肥的需求,初步建立生菜的生长数据模型。本项目通过矿物资源利用、材料制备、设施农业、化学化工、生理生化等学科交叉,为LED植物生长灯用荧光材料的制备与调控提供理论基础与技术支持,具有示范意义。
英文摘要
Luminescent materials are one of the significant applications for mineral resources. The LED is suffering the problem of high cost, poor stability and lack of deep-red light, which seriously impede its application in agriculture. To meet the high need of LED plant growth lamp phosphors with satisfying luminescent and thermal properties for artificial light, Mn4+ -activated deep-red emitting phosphors will be developed and the properties will be systematically investigated. Specific research contents include: optimizing the luminescence and thermal stability of phosphor materials by vacancy defect control, the impact of the defect and the reaction mechanism; adjusting the microcrystalline structure of the matrix by double ion or ion pair substitution, the synergistic effect and the influence mechanisms of the doping ions on the local structure of the matrix; realizing the relationship between the local structure and the thermal stability, and building the interaction model among the host lattice local structure, luminescence characteristics and thermal stability; exploring the growth of lettuce, including parameters of light, temperature, water, gas and fertilizer at different growth stages, under the LED plant growth lamp packaged by using screening phosphor, and creating the growth database of lettuce initially. This project will provide theoretical basis and technical support for the preparation and regulation of phosphors materials for novel LED plant growth lamps, and promote the development of phosphor technology for existing LED plant lamps through the interdisciplinary study of mineral resources utilization, material preparation, facility agriculture, chemical and biochemistry.etc., which has a great demonstration of significance.
