野生食用植物（WEPs）是偏远贫困山区重要的生计资源。湖南湘西地区WEPs资源丰富、产业优势鲜明，但仍存在特色不强、经济效益低和传统知识逐步消失等突出问题，因此深入开展WEPs资源利用空间分异及形成机制研究，对充分发挥WEPs资源禀赋效益具有重要意义。项目首先综合乡村地理学、民族植物学方法开展实地调查和问卷调查，构建含有WEPs物种资源、人文和自然要素的本地数据库；继而整合空间自相关及空间聚集程度分析，研究WEPs资源地理分布格局、主要空间类型及两者的相关性；最后基于主成分分析(PCA)和有监督的降维分析(PLS/NMDS)方法，探索人文和自然要素（含测定的5-8种典型WEPs品质参数）在WEPs资源利用空间分异中的相互作用效益。本项目既可丰富乡村人地系统中资源禀赋状况分异格局的研究视角和方法，也可为提升当地乃至我国西南贫困山区WEPs资源特色、促进乡村振兴和人与自然和谐发展提供科学参考。

Wild edible plants (WEPs) are important livelihood resources in the remote and poor mountainous areas. The resource storage of WEPs in the Xiangxi area is very rich and has industrial advantages. However, there are still some outstanding problems, such as insufficient characteristic mining, low economic benefits and the gradual disappearance of traditional knowledge. Therefore, an in-depth study of the spatial variation characteristics and formation mechanism of factors affecting the utilization behavior of WEPs is a key to our understanding of to leash of the advantage of WEPs resources endowment. The present proposal aims to: 1) construct the local basic database containing WEPs resources, human and natural elements using approaches of rural geography and ethnobotany to carry out the field survey and questionnaire survey; 2) explore the correlation between the geographical distribution pattern of WEPs resources and the main spatial types combined with the spatial autocorrelation and spatial aggregation degree analyses; 3) determine the effective substance contents of 8 typical WEPs as resource quality parameters, and analyze the interaction benefits of human and natural factors in affecting the local people's utilization of these plant resources using the Principal components analysis (PCA), Partial least squares regression (PLS) and Non-metric multidimensionalscaling (NMDS) analyses. Based on these works, as shown above, can not only enrich the research perspective of the differentiation pattern of resource endowment in the human-land relationship system, but also provide an important scientific reference for promoting the characteristics of WEPs resources in local even southwest Chinese poor mountainous areas and promoting rural revitalization and regional sustainability.
