铝电解过程工艺参数的快速准确测量是实现铝电解智能化控制的关键。铝电解质分子比和氧化铝浓度是铝电解过程的重要参数,实现它们的快速准确测量具有重要意义。本项目基于Raman光谱法在熔盐结构研究中取得的重要进展,围绕铝电解质分子比和氧化铝浓度的原位Raman光谱测量的关键科学问题展开研究,首先进行不同组成的铝电解质熔盐的Raman光谱测定和解析,并结合量子化学计算,研究电解质体系中振动结构体的存在形式和空间结构;进而通过散射系数的研究和光谱拟合,探索Raman特征峰参数与铝电解质分子比和氧化铝浓度之间的关系,建立它们之间的数学模型;结合光纤技术,在100A铝电解槽进行原位Raman光谱测定,对之前建立的模型进行修正,为实现铝电解工业分子比和氧化铝浓度的Raman光谱快速检测奠定基础。
英文摘要
Rapid and accurate determination of the aluminum electrolysis parameters is the key to realize intelligent control on aluminum electrolysis process. Cryolite ratio(CR) and alumina concentration of aluminum electrolyte are two of significant parameters in aluminum electrolysis process. It is important to carry on the rapid and accurate measurement of them. Based on the important development made in the field of the ionic structure of molten salts by Raman spectroscopy, this project will conduct the research around the key scientific points of in situ measurement of CR and alumina concentration of molten aluminum electrolyte by Raman spectroscopy. Firstly, aluminum electrolyte with different composition will be measured and analyzed, and the existing structural entities and spatial structure will be researched combined with quantum chemistry calculation. Secondly, relationship between parameters of Raman characteristic bands and value of CR and alumina concentration will be studied through scattering coefficient study and spectra fitting. Based on this, the mathematical model between them will be built. Finally, in situ Raman spectra in a 100A aluminum electrolysis cell will be scanned in combination with fiber optic technology, and the model built before will be modified. The above researches will lay the foundation of the rapid combined Raman detection of CR and alumina concentration of aluminum electrolyte.
