腧穴本质一直困扰学术界。最新研究表明，腧穴的本质可能是与神经、血管、淋巴管、结缔组织等构成的穴树有关。课题组前期工作证明，五输穴的物质基础是与神经、血管密切相关的。为进一步揭示五输穴的本质与周围神经、血管、淋巴管、结缔组织相关，本课题基于比较解剖学的方法，拟对家兔十二经脉的五输穴，即前肢太阴肺经、前肢少阴心经、前肢厥阴心包经、前肢阳明大肠经、前肢太阳小肠经、前肢少阳三焦经、后肢少阴肾经、后肢厥阴肝经、后肢太阴脾经、后肢太阳膀胱经、后肢少阳胆经、后肢阳明胃经的井穴、荥穴、输穴、经穴和合穴进行标准化定位，开展五输穴的层次、断面、微视、CT影像解剖，以确定五输穴的进针深度、穴区的组织结构，以证明针刺五输穴治病的物质基础与周围神经、血管、淋巴管、结缔组织有关，即是由多种组织构成的多层次立体构筑有关。从而揭示针灸治病的实质，为实验动物学、兽医针灸学提供形态学佐证。

The essence of acupoints has been troubling the academic community.According to new research, the essence of acupoints may be related to the acupoint trees, such as nerves, blood vessels, lymphatics and connective tissue.The previous work of the research group proved that the material basis of the five-shu acupoints was closely related to nerves and blood vessels.In order to further reveal the nature of the five-shu acupoints associated with peripheral nerves, blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, connective tissue, this topic is based on the method of comparative anatomy, five-shu acupoints of twelve meridians of the rabbit, namely the lung meridian of forelimbs-taiyin,the heart meridian of forelimbs-shaoyin, the pericardium meridian of forelimbs-jueyin, the large intestine meridian of forelimbs- yangming, the small intestine meridian of forelimbs-taiyang,the sanjiao(triple energizer) meridian of forelimbs-shaoyang, the kidney meridian of posteriorlimbs-shaoyin, the liver meridian of posteriorlimbs- jueyin, the spleen meridian of posteriorlimbs- taiyin, the bladder meridian 0f.posteriorlimbs-taiyang, the bravery   meridian of posteriorlimbs-shaoyang, and the stomach meridian of posteriorlimbs-yangming, which of the jing-points, ying-points, shu-points, jing-points and he-points,were carried out standardized positioning, to develop the level of the five-shu acupoints, by section, micro, CT imaging anatomy, to determine the needle into the depth of acupoints, the organizational structure of acupoint area, to show that the material basis for the five-shu acupoints acupuncture cure related to peripheral nerves, blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, connective tissue, which is composed of multiple tissues .It is multi-level three-dimensional building.Thus, it reveals the essence of acupuncture treatment, and provides morphological evidence for laboratory animal science and experimental acupuncture.
