共价有机框架(COFs)具有稳定性高、比表面积大、结构丰富且易修饰等特点,为发展具有联合催化功能的新材料以实现步骤、原子经济的不对称催化提供了一个崭新的平台,但如何实现这类框架材料的有效构筑仍面临巨大挑战。本项目拟利用网状化学原理和模块化组装策略,基于广泛应用于均相不对称催化的手性分子以及包含活性基团的非手性分子等,构筑系列高稳定的、包含多种催化活性基团的COFs,实现对其结构和功能的有效调控,建立多活性中心COFs合成的新方法。根据多活性中心COFs的结构特性和功能特点,评估其对多组分串联反应等重要有机反应的催化性能;探索框架材料的组装基元、连接方式、活性基团组合方式等与催化性能之间的关系,研究框架限域体系中多活性中心协同作用的特点和规律,发展基于COFs的新型催化材料。
英文摘要
Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) possess the advantages of profound stability, large specific surface area, and diverse structure with facile functionalizability. As such, they provide an ideal platform for developing novel materials with combined catalytic activity in asymmetric catalysis, especially in terms of step and atom economy. However, it remains a great challenge to construct them effectively. Based on the reticular chemistry and the strategy of modular assembly, this proposal aims at establishing a new method toward the synthesis of COFs with multiple active sites. It employs privileged chiral molecules from asymmetric catalysis into the rational design and controlled synthesis of highly stable, chiral COFs with multiple functionalities. According to the structural and functional properties of the as-prepared COFs, we will extensively study their asymmetric catalytic properties toward various important reactions, such as tandem reactions. Moreover, the relationships between the linkers, linkages, and the combination of active sites will be evaluated at the same time. These efforts would be of great contribution not only to the advancement of fundamental knowledge of the rules and characteristics of the synergistic effect of multiple active centers within porous framework materials, but also toward the chiral chemistry in COFs scientifically and technologically.
