大规模海上风电集群组网接入是我国未来风电发展的趋势。海上风电复杂多重不确定性给输电网架结构的安全性和鲁棒性带来了极大的挑战。本课题拟从规划层面对海上风电场组网接入后交直流对接的潮流迂回和网架拓扑鲁棒优化问题展开研究。首先,引入Vague软集理论,从真隶属度函数、伪隶属度函数和未知信息测度等角度对电网规划中海上风电综合不确定性进行建模分析,进而获取基于不确定集的海上风电极限场景集;然后,结合Vague度量函数,建立以高压直流海缆投资成本、高压海缆直流短路比均衡度和海上直流网络拓扑鲁棒度为目标函数的海上风电场组网拓扑优化模型;最后,以输电设备投资与故障成本、潮流迂回概率和海上风电弃风量为目标函数,建立极限场景下统筹海上直流和陆上交流电网的两阶段鲁棒扩展规划模型,并采用典型算例进行求解验证。研究成果可通过提供良好的网络结构和合理均衡的交直流潮流分布来保障海上风电直流组网和陆上电网的鲁棒安全对接。

Large-scale clustering offshore wind power group network penetration is the future trend of wind power development in China. The inherent complexity multiple uncertainties of offshore wind power bring great challenges to the security and robustness of transmission network structure. The problems about the power flow bypass in the AC-DC parallel transmission network and robust optimization of network frame topology caused by penetration of clustering offshore wind farms are studied from the perspective of transmission planning. .Firstly, in order to obtain the extreme scenario set considering group network penetration of clustering offshore wind farms, the interval uncertainty set of offshore wind power is built on the basis of Vague soft set theory, which is introduced to execute the modeling analysis of the comprehensive uncertainty of offshore wind power based on the truth-membership function, the false-membership function and the unknown information measure. .Secondly, combined with the metric function of Vague soft set, the transmission group network topology optimization model of clustering offshore wind farms is established with the objective function of some indexes including high voltage direct current (HVDC) submarine cable investment cost, HVDC short circuit ratio balancing degree and HVDC network topology robust degree. .Finally, two-stage robust transmission network expansion planning model considering offshore HVDC transmission group network and onshore AC transmission network in the extreme scenario set of offshore wind power is set up with the objective function of the transmission investment and fault cost, power flow bypass probability index and the offshore wind power curtailment index. .The research achievements can guarantee the robust security joint between offshore HVDC transmission group network and onshore AC transmission network by providing a good network structure and a right equilibrium power flow distribution.
