以碳硫污染物(CO2、H2S)为原料合成甲硫醇的技术发展为甲硫醇择形催化转化制低碳烯烃(M2TO)提供了原料保障。当前M2TO反应体系存在甲硫醇催化转化温度高、烯烃选择性差等不足,过渡金属改性型多级孔磷硅铝分子筛催化材料的构筑是实现甲硫醇定向转化的前提。项目研究拟以云南磷化工附产的低品位白炭黑作为廉价硅源,在多级孔磷硅铝分子筛合成过程中原位引入过渡金属Cr、Mo等活性组分,实现分子筛孔道的扩散传质控制和酸性位的构建与修饰的有机结合,择形催化甲硫醇定向生成重要基础化工原料—低碳烯烃。项目研究重点拟构建分子筛催化剂结构及组成与甲硫醇定向转化反应过程及反应机理的构效关系。研究成果不仅为天然气工业等过程存在的碳硫污染物的协同资源化治理提供解决思路,而且为乙烯等低碳烯烃的多元化来源拓展新的途径,具有重要的意义和应用前景。
英文摘要
The technological development of synthesis of methyl mercaptan from carbon and sulfur pollutants (such as CO2 and H2S) provides raw material security for M2TO process (catalytic onversion of methyl mercaptan into light olefins). However, the present M2TO process generally faces with the drawback of high convsesion temperature and low olefin selectivity, and the synthesis of modified hierarchical SAPO-34 zeolite is regarded as an important premise to overcome these drawbacks. In this study, amorphous silica sources from the phosphorus chemical engineering process are used as the available silicon source, and the advantage of uniform dispersion of transition metal Cr during the synthesis of hierarchical SAPO-34 zeolite is also emphasized. On this basis, the modified hierarchical SAPO-34 zeolite shows advantage of channel diffusion and mass transfer, while its acid sites can also be constructed and modified at the same time, thus realizing the produce of light olefins, which are the important basic chemical raw materials. The structure-activity relationship between the structure and composition of the catalyst and the catalytic performance will be established, and the conversion process and reaction mechanism will be illustrated as well. The achievements in the present work can provide a new approach to treat CO2 and H2S from natural gas as well as other industrial processes. Meanwhile, it can also give new avenues regarding the diversified sources of light olefins, which has important research significance and application prospect.
