在跨境电子商务出口快速发展大背景下，以延期支付作为出口提升路径，以收益共享契约作为策略协调工具，探讨跨境电子商务出口定价与库存合作机制。在不考虑进口关税、考虑进口关税、运输异质性、延期支付、价格歧视和动态环境下，研究B2B/B2C跨境电子商务出口定价与库存联合优化路径和策略选择。首先，研究无进口关税条件下的跨境电子商务出口定价与库存联合优化问题，探讨收益共享契约与定价库存策略的融合机制，对比分析有进口关税和无进口关税条件下，跨境电子商务出口最优策略和系统绩效差异；其次，分析进口国运输异质性对定价与库存联合优化的影响机理和调适机制，揭示价格歧视和延期支付对参与方效用的影响；最后，引入动态分析框架，探讨跨境电子商务出口定价与库存联合优化的动态协调机制。项目研究既为跨境电子商务出口定价与库存合作机制完善提供决策依据，又从理论上探讨跨境电子商务出口成本节约、绩效改善和竞争力提升路径。

Under the background of the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce export and B2B/B2C dual channel, taking deferred payment as export promotion path and revenue sharing contract as the main coordination tool to explore the cooperation mechanism between cross-border e-commerce export pricing and inventory. Under the conditions of no import duties, import duties, transport heterogeneity, deferred payment，price discrimination and dynamic environment, this project study the path and strategy selection of bundle pricing and inventory decisions in cross border B2B/B2C e-commerce export. First of all, we study the bundle pricing and inventory decisions in cross border e-commerce export when there is no import tariff, discuss the combination mechanism of revenue sharing contract, pricing strategy and inventory policy, analyze the differences of optimal policy and system performance in cross border e-commerce export when there is import duty or no. Secondly, analyze the impact mechanism and the adjustment mechanism of the import country transport heterogeneity on the bundle pricing and inventory decisions, reveal the effect of price discrimination and deferred payment on the utility of participating parties. Finally, we introduce dynamic analysis framework to explore the dynamic coordination mechanism of pricing and inventory optimization in cross-border e-commerce export. This research not only provides the decision-making basis for pricing and inventory cooperation mechanism in cross-border e-commerce export, but also theoretically discusses the path for cross-border e-commerce export supply chain cost savings, performance improvement and competitiveness improvement.
