乳腺癌是女性恶性肿瘤中最常见的疾病，化疗被广泛用于乳腺癌术后治疗中。乳腺癌术后化疗患者承受着多重压力，如化疗副作用的管理、复杂治疗方案的参与配合、以及疾病本身的应对。采用何种有效的干预模式来加强乳腺癌术后化疗患者的自我管理行为一直是乳腺癌专科护理的难点。本项目“网络平台BREATH模式对乳腺癌术后化疗患者的自我管理和身心健康的效果和机制研究”主要针对乳腺癌患者术后化疗健康管理中的难点问题，设计一种新的网络健康管理模式——BREATH(BREAst cancer e-healTH)模式，采用随机对照试验研究，评价该模式对增强乳腺癌术后化疗患者自我管理能力和促进身心健康的效果。该项目的创新点为应用网络平台将自我效能模式和社会交流模式相结合创作BREATH干预模式，并对乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行干预，为临床乳腺外科医务人员提供一种科学、方便、有效的乳腺癌术后化疗患者的健康管理和护理干预模式。

Breast Cancer is the most common cancer for women. Chemotherapy is widely used to treat breast cancer and causes many adverse effects. Breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy are challenged to learn to manage these distressing adverse effects and also to participate in complex treatment regiments and to cope with a life-threatening diagnosis. Research on the effectiveness of psychosocial interventions to improve self-management skill for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is still scare and inconclusive. Web-based BREATH intervention is based on the combination of self-efficacy model and social exchange model to improve self-management for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy post surgery. Our program will apply the randomized controlled trial to test the effectiveness of BREATH on self-management and psychosocial health for the breast cancer patients. BREATH intervention is innovative because of the application of internet intervention and combination of two models (self-efficacy model + social exchange model) together. We hope to provide a new health management model to healthcare professionals, which prove to be scientific, convenient, efficacious, and easily accessible to breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy post surgery.
