世界锦织蛾属分类修订与系统发育研究

通过比较形态学、分子生物学、支序系统学等方法技术全面研究修订世界锦织蛾属，查清该属及其相关类群的物种组成，发现和记述新物种，加深对生物多样性问题和物种演化机制的认识与理解；澄清重要种类的学名和分类地位，为相关类群生物多样性研究提供可靠依据；进行锦织蛾属系统发育关系研究，完成对锦织蛾这个大属划分种团的工作，有效地减少随着种类的进一步增加对研究带来的困难；进行锦织蛾属与其近缘属的系统发育关系的研究，探明"锦织蛾属群"的分类地位，修正织蛾科的分类体系；利用世界范围的修订工作取得的分布资料和系统发育研究的结果进行生物动理学研究，揭示锦织蛾属以中国南部为世界分布中心的原因和形成的历史过程，为理解该类分布格局提供重要科学依据。该项工作是在多年的研究积累上进行，研究结果是学术专著《世界锦织蛾》的主要组成部分，具有明显的学术价值，在促进本学科基础理论的发展和应用方面均有重要的科学意义。

This project involves a revision of the genus Promalactis on a worldwide basis by using methods of the comparative morphology, the molecular biology and the cladistics. We focus on investigating the compositions of Promalactis and its related taxa, identifying and describing new species as to deepen our knowledge and understanding of the biodiversity and the evolution mechanisms of species; clarifying scientific names and taxonomic status of important species as to provide a reliable basis for related biodiversity research; carrying out a phylogenetic study of Promalactis as to divide this large genus into some reasonable and practical species-groups to reduce difficulties in further research; and conducting a phylogenetic study of Promalactis and its related genera to prove the taxonomic status of "Promalactis group" and adjust the systematic system of Oecophoridae. Based on the worldwide distribution information and results of the phylogenetic study, we carry out a biogeographic study of Promalactis as to reveal the cause of southern China as a world distribution center and the formative historical process of such distribution, so as to provide an important scientific basis for understanding the biodiversity and the distribution pattern of this genus. This project is carried out on many years' research accumulations. The result will be compiled into an academic monograph "Promalactis of the world". It will be of great scientific significance in promoting the development and application of fundamental theories.
