目前保护生物学研究主要集中从种群生态学、繁殖生物学、幼苗形态建成、群体遗传学及异地保育等方面开展,而忽视了作物或经济林木的化感作用可能对目标物种隐性致危的研究。许多极小种群野生植物的自然更新极为困难,如“核桃之乡”漾濞县特有极小种群野生植物漾濞槭。众所周知,核桃树凋落物(主要是胡桃醌)具有显著的化感作用。那么,漾濞核桃大规模种植是否通过化感作用限制了其周围漾濞槭自然种群的更新过程?它们之间有什么样的拮抗生态关系?为此,本研究将构建漾濞槭翅果风及水流扩散的动态模型,弄清翅果在自然生境中传播途径和范围,并同土壤中胡桃醌产生及降解的时间和浓度进行偶联;同时,通过在就地及异地条件下详细研究漾濞核桃叶干粉水溶液、核桃叶总酚水溶液和胡桃醌溶液对漾濞槭种子萌发和幼苗生长发育的影响,对核桃凋落物的的化感作用进行定量评估。本研究期望能为优化漾濞核桃产业发展结构和有效保护漾濞槭及其它受威胁植物提供科学依据。

Most conservation biology researchers focus on Population Ecology, Reproductive Biology, Seedling Morphogenesis, Population Genetics and Ex-situ Conservation, ignoring the invisible causes for endangerment from allelopathy of crops or economic trees. Many PSESPs (Plant Species with Extremely Small Populations) are facing with the problem of natural regeneration failure, endemic PSESP species, Acer yangbiense, from "Walnut County", Yangbi, is one among them. Litter of walnuts, mainly because of Juglone, are universally known to be allelopathic. Dose the allelopathy of large-scale planting of Yangbi Walnuts restrict the natural regeneration of A. yangbiense? Is there any antagonistic ecological relationship between them? In this study, a dynamic wind-river dispersal model of the samaras of A. yangbiense will be constructed to clarify the dispersal routine and dispersal range of samaras and the model will be related to the time and concentration of production and degradation pattern of Juglone in soil. To quantitatively test the existence of allelopathy, some controlled experiments will also be conducted both in library and in the wild, to figure out if walnut leaf powder solution, total phenol solution and Juglone solution would have any negative impacts on seed germination and seedling development of A. yangbiense. This study is expected to provide scientific basis for optimizing the development structure of walnut industry of Yangbi county and propose effective guidance for conservation of A. yangbiense as well as other threatened species with similar situation.
