隐胫瓢虫族为东洋区特有,外形独特,是一类重要的捕食性天敌,在瓢虫科中具有重要的系统地位和经济意义。由于长期以来缺乏系统的订正性研究,目前该族属级分类系统争议很大,近似种和存疑种问题突出,族内系统发育关系尚不明确,这些问题严重制约了瓢虫科分类研究的发展。本项目拟在前期研究的基础上,基于迄今种类最全、数量最多的标本材料,综合运用比较形态学和分子生物学研究方法,在物种修订、属级形态鉴定指标构建、分子系统发育和分类系统重建4个方面开展进一步的研究。以期厘清世界隐胫瓢虫族的种类,阐明隐胫瓢虫族的系统发育关系,构建更为合理的分类系统。研究结果将为理解世界隐胫瓢虫族及瓢虫科的物种多样性和系统演化提供新的科学依据,对该类天敌瓢虫的保护、利用和引进也具有重要的实际意义。
英文摘要
The tribe Aspidimerini is unique to the Oriental region and has a unique appearance. It is a kind of important predatory natural enemy and has an important systematic position and economic significance in Coccinellidae. Due to the lack of long-term systematic revision studies, the current classification system at the genus level is highly controversial, particularly the problems of similar species and suspected species, and the phylogenetic relationship within this tribe remains unclear. These problems have critically restricted the development of the classification of Coccinellidae. Based on previous research and the most complete and largest number of specimen materials to date, by using comparative morphological and molecular biological methods comprehensively, we intend to conduct a further study in 4 aspects: species revision, genus-level morphological identification index construction, molecular phylogeny, and classification system reconstruction, with a view to clarify the species and phylogenetic relationship of the Aspidimerini in the world, and to construct a more reasonable classification system. The research results will provide a new scientific basis for understanding the species diversity and systematic evolution of Aspidimerini and Coccinellidae in the world, and have important practical significance for the protection, utilization, and introduction of the natural enemies.
