白光发光二极管(WLED)由于节能环保等优点应用广泛,然而当前WLED用发光材料无法兼顾量子效率、激发光谱与芯片匹配度、发射光色纯度、热猝灭性能,难以满足高效、全光谱、高品质白光的要求,限制了WLED的进一步应用。本项目针对WLED用高效稳定发光材料缺失及光谱性能调控机理不完善的问题,拟选取Ce3+离子掺杂的石榴石发光材料为研究对象。通过理论分析和实验设计相结合,调控石榴石中反位缺陷和陷阱的状态,构筑零热猝灭发光材料。并以反位缺陷为切入点,揭示石榴石发光材料中局部配位环境与光谱性能的联系,研究组分-结构-性能的构效关系,深化光谱性能调控机理,从而优化制备条件和组分结构,最终获得高效多色零热猝灭发光材料,推进WLED的全面应用。
英文摘要
White light-emitting diode (WLED) has a wide range of applications due to its merits such as energy saving and environmental friendliness. However, the current WLED commercial phosphors do not have the qualities of quantum efficiency, matching degree of photoluminescence excitation spectra with LED chips, color purity of emission spectra and thermal quenching performance at the same time, which cannot satisfy the requirements of white light of high efficiency, full spectrum and high quality. This problem restricts the further application of WLED. This project is aimed to solve the deficiency of efficient and stable luminescence materials for WLED and incomplete principle of tuning luminescence performance. This project will study on Ce3+-doped garnet luminescence materials by combing the theoretical analysis and experimental design. This project will construct the zero-thermal-quenching luminescence materials base on garnet by tuning the state of anti-site defects and traps. This project will also reveal the relationship between the luminescence performance and local coordination environment of luminescence center by using anti-site defects as the entry point. This project will also study the structure-function relation among composition-structure-performance and deepen the principle of tuning luminescence performance to optimize the synthesis condition and composition-structure. Finally, luminescence materials with high efficiency, multicolor and zero-thermal-quenching properties will be achieved to further promote the global application of WLED.
本项目针对WLED用高效稳定发光材料缺失及光谱性能调控机理不完善的问题,开展高效稳定荧光粉发光材料的设计及调控机理研究。本项目选取Ce3+离子掺杂的石榴石发光材料和Eu/Mn激活的其他相关材料体系为研究对象,获得一系列高效稳定荧光粉,包括石榴石、氯硅酸盐、磷酸盐等,光谱涵盖全光谱范围。通过理论分析和实验设计相结合,研究组分-结构-性能的构效关系,揭示发光材料中缺陷和局部配位环境对光谱性能的影响,深化光谱性能调控机理,从而优化组分结构设计,实现了光谱发射峰位、热稳定性、发光亮度的有效调控。截止到2022年12月底,本项目的相关研究内容共发表基金资助相关论文9篇,全部被SCI收录;申请国家发明专利2项。指导硕士研究生5名。本项目完成了任务书中所预定的研究成果。
