大国高等教育的崛起与发展研究

综合运用汤浅光朝关于世界科学活动中心转移、本·戴维关于世界高等教育中心转移和马丁·特罗关于高等教育发展阶段等理论思维，并参照约翰·S·布鲁贝克关于高等教育政治论和认识论的哲学视野，以对意、英、法、德、美五国高等教育崛起和世界高等教育中心转移的研究为基础，以对我国高等教育改革发展重大问题的研究为重点，系统梳理中世纪以来五国在不同时期走向高等教育强盛的社会背景、内在动因和基本模式，客观呈现五国高等教育的兴衰起落及相互之间的演替、传承与创新，科学揭示世界高等教育中心迁移的轨迹，全面总结近现代中国高等教育160多年发展的经验教训，着重研究建国近70年来高等教育的发展道路，深入分析改革开放近40年来高等教育发展的特殊性和复杂性，突出对后大众化时代特别是“十三五”至2030年高等教育发展战略的前瞻性研究，为建设高等教育现代化强国提供研究支持，寻求对汤浅定律、戴维研究、特罗理论的移植性和本土化创新。

Integrated the theoretical thinking of Yuasa’s theory toward the shift of World Science Center, David’s theory toward the shift of World Higher Education Center,with Martin Trow's theory toward the development stage of higher education,and according to John S.Brubacher’s philosophical perspective on political philosophy and epistemology of higher education, based on study of the rise of higher education in Italy, Britain, France and Germany,and the United States,focusing on the study of the major problems in the reform and development of higher education in china,this research systematically sorts out the social background, intrinsic motivation and basic mode of the five higher education powers in their period,showing the rise and fall, inheritance and innovation among the powers.It reveals the migration trajectory of World Higher Education Center since the Middle Ages. Meanwhile, it makes a comprehensive summary of experiences and lessons of the higher education’s development in China over the past 160 years, focusing on the development of higher education in the past 70 years, analyzing the particularity and complexity of the development of higher education in the past 40 years since the promulgated of the reformed and opening policy in-depth.The research highlights the prospective study of the higher education development strategy in the post-massification era, especially "13th Five-Year" period to 2030,to provide research support for the construction of great power in higher education modernization,seeking to the transplantation and indigenous innovation of Yuasa,David and Trow’s theory.
